  7. Press on the blue Download icon on the right side of Xcode 10.
  8. Install the Xcode 11 on Mac.
  9. Attach Apple TV (4th generation) with “AC power.”
  10. Attach your Apple TV (4th generation) with your “Mac” by using the “USB-C” cable.
  11. Launch the “iTunes.”
  12. Choose Apple TV after appearing in iTunes.
  13. Hold the option button and then tap on the “Check for Updates” icon.
  14. Browse and tap on the tvOS 13 beta you downloaded in step 3.

After your iTunes finishes updating Apple TV of yours, just connect it with your TV and then watch what you want to watch on the latest version of Apple TV.
